Responsibly produced items made to last
Our primary focus is on integrating more sustainable materials into our products, without compromising our high standards of quality. Because for us, it’s essential to consistently deliver items that are made to last, across all our brands.
Materials
We are actively shifting towards using recycled polyester and recycled polyamide in our collections. This focus extends to the linings as well. For padding, we opt for recycled polyester or responsibly sourced down feathers. Since 2019, all the down we use has been certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), ensuring enhanced welfare practices throughout the entire down and feather supply chain.
No chemicals
To us, quality also means safety. Our customers can be sure that our products are free from hazardous chemicals. We’ve implemented a Restricted Substances List (RSL) to ensure this. It prohibits the use of such substances. The list is based on internationally recognized regulations, including REACH, as well as standards and laws set by respected international retailers and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

At Stone Fashion, we prioritize comprehensive quality checks. By thoroughly inspecting each individual item, we aim to minimize returns and extend the lifespan of every product. Additionally, our repair services ensure that products last for an exceptionally long time. This commitment is in line with our dedication to slow fashion, encouraging thoughtful consumption and long-lasting wear.
Shipment
We are very aware of the shipping methods used to transport our goods. Whenever possible, we choose to ship directly to customers. For products originating from China, we predominantly use sea or rail transportation, while European products are primarily shipped by truck. We minimize air shipments to reduce our environmental impact.

At Stone Fashion, we set great store by the longstanding partnerships we have established with our suppliers, many of which have flourished in the past decade. Some of those relationships have spanned more than 25 years, fostering a strong focus on quality and reliability.

We carefully select the factories we partner with, making a priority of the workers’ wellbeing. By adhering to the BSCI Code of Conduct, we ensure fair treatment across all our operations. To maintain these standards, we regularly conduct inspections of our factories to make certain of ongoing compliance.
